Welcome to CRUISE PLANNERS! Janet Moshier began her career as a travel consultant in a full service travel agency in 1988. Because of her love of cruising she opened her own cruise agency in 2000. Her husband, Dorrance, joined her in the business in 2004. Dorrance assists with marketing and promotions such as group cruises as fundraisers to benefit local charities.
